Crispy Bean Tostadas with Jicama-Cilantro Slaw "Seven Point Five"

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Brush or spray each side of the tostadas generously with olive oil or cooking spray, season with salt and pepper, arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake for 4 minutes, then flip and bake for 4 to 6 more minutes, until tortillas are crispy.
Gently heat the beans and chickpeas on the stovetop. Stir in lime juice and season with salt to taste. Spread the cheese and beans mixture evenly over each tortilla. Add a layer of onions and top with radishes, jalapenos, and cilantro. Serve immediately
In a small bowl combine cabbage, cilantro, jicama, lime juice, cumin, and chili powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside
