Sweet Potato Hash



Directions:

Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk together the flours, baking powder, salt, and sugar.


Step 2

Add dairy-free buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.


Step 3

Pour the recommended amount of batter onto hot waffle iron and cook until the waffle is golden brown on both sides.


Step 4

Serve immediately, or keep in a warm oven (200°F) until ready to serve.


Step 5

Top with warm hash and a smear of black truffle cheese, dairy-free butter, and maple syrup


Sweet Potato Hash

Step 1

In a large preheated skillet, sauté sweet potatoes with oil in batches until lightly browned. Repeat process for brussels sprouts and onions, while adding garlic; Sauté until vegetables are tender.


Step 2

Stir in thyme and spice mixture. Cook 5 minutes longer or until heated through
